  • Revival!

Welcome back to the real world, Mark.

It's been exactly 1 month; 31 days to be exact; since you stepped into this world where persons deposit their secrecy and cynicism. Heck, I have forgotten how to actually blog.

So here's the plan so far.

23rd November - Guitar Hero World Tour: Performance @ Jarren's humble abode
24th November - Possible trip to Punggol for fishing! My first experience.
25th November - Stipulated date for my hopeful passing of the "contact lens exam"
27th/28th November - Dinner with my lovely co-emcee Su-Ann & Alicea, our manager.
1st December - Possible attendance for the SPH Journalism Scholarship Tea Session
2nd December - Senior Dinner & Dance (Prom Night)
    5th December - Council Outing
    7th - 13th December - Japan Trip with Family
17th - 20th December - Off to Malaysia with buddies!
    25th December - Christmas!

The rest shall have to wait, for the planned ones ultimately will probably be able to watch their plans fail, while the unplanned ones have nothing to lose. :]

  • Start small, then play it big, bigger, biggest!

I'm still wondering what to write for the next entry, to make it an impactful "speech" of sorts, if you will.

I wanted to write something inspiring, something that will keep you, you know, moving, and all that edgy nonsense that most governments want you to hear to believe that they're doing something for any crises they face.

But I think this is not the time. After all, it has been a dreary long and utterly unimpressive hiatus that overran its stipulated duration. Preliminary Rounds are over, and so here come the actual ball game. Here's the time to hit a home run. Heck, make that five more home runs.

It's been a tiring 2 hours of swimming and still rest is as usual, essential. The bed is forever tempting and I shall give in to it this time.

    Night folks!

  • It's oval.

You heard me right, it's oval. Or elliptical, or circular, for that matter. It's a cycle, one and the same everytime we come around to the finishing line.

It's starting again, and counting down, it's one hundred and twenty five days left to the Big Day. CT2s might be over, but the battle's just begun.

Unless I am able to drag my bloody whipped ass here again to write a new entry for you, I'll be on a short (say 10 weeks?) hiatus.

    Toodle-loo.

About Me

  • Mark is technically equipped with the knowledge of scientific skills; but he is in no way inclined to take a strong interest in any science practice. He is increasingly interested in the involvement of Arts in all of our lives, and aims to be a visionary for a better world for all of us. He prides himself in reading Oscar Wilde, but maintains the stand that there should not be gay poets. However, he does realise the good poetry comes from such as these. He tries hard to update himself on the current state of affairs, but fails terribly when it comes to math. He hates studying, and simply abhors closet-muggers. He is 100% Victorian, but does not come from England. Mark is densely against technology, rendering him slightly autistic. You might catch him with a good read of the Oxford English Dictionary, and occasionally the chinese version of it on the subway during the weekends.
